I used to be part of Local 638 (Toronto) and I have recently transferred to Richmond Hill.
I really believe in Teamwork and enjoy helping others, especially when it comes to worker's rights and making sure everyone feels supported at work.
I am happy to be here and looking forward to getting to know everyone better and working together!

While I entered this role without prior experience in government, I’ve embraced the opportunity to learn and grow within this dynamic environment. My passion for helping others, combined with my eagerness to support and uplift our members, drives me every day. I am committed to making a positive impact and ensuring that the needs of those I serve are met with care and dedication. My name’s Brenna and I’ve been with Service Canada since 2020. I started off in the EI call centre and moved to ISB at the end of 2021 as a Program Services Officer. Outside of work, I spend my days with my fur babies and playing online games (World of Warcraft being my favourite). Most importantly, I’m passionate about workers’ rights and helping those who are in need no matter the circumstance.

Iffat has been with Employment and Social Development Canada since March 2022 and joined the executive team of this local in June 2024 as Secretary and she has been elected as President in October 2025.
Iffat believes strongly in union education and the principle that knowledge is power. Dedicated to empowering others through learning and collaboration, Iffat is committed to supporting members and strengthening the local.
Outside of union work, Iffat enjoys all things creative — from photography and videography to graphic design, web design, and painting.

Lisa became a Public Servant in 2003. She has been with ESDC since 2009. Lisa enjoyed being a Steward for a number years before becoming the VP of the local.
Lisa is very passionate about baseball and enjoys attending her children's sporting activities.

Sumit Bahri is a Citizens Service Officer under Employment and Social Development Canada. Sumit joined Service Canada in 2018. Started working at Brampton Passport and then joined the SIN at Landing, assisting the Syrian Refugees and Agricultural farm workers with SIN numbers and programs offered by Service Canada. Initially joining Markham SCC. passionate about understanding, advocating and helping other members and helping the public to know your rights.
Sumit enjoys Thrift store hunting and is an Antiques/Art Dealer. joined the executive team in March 2025.

I am the VP of Vaughan and the chair for our local CEIU 569 bylaw committee and outside of my union capacity and I am a Program Services Officer I joined the union because I want to ensure that our member are treated with kindness, respect and dignity. I joined the Federal government in July 2020 and then joined the Integrity department in March of 2022. During my time away from work, I love the outdoor life, such as skiing, hiking, camping, and portaging. But I do enjoy the indoor life as well with board games, online games, and Lego building. I do love to listen and play music. But, more importantly, I am fervent on helping others in need.
